This festival celebrates the life and works of Charles Dickens, whose writing was often inspired by his love of the area where he spent his childhood, and where he later returned as a successful author.
This is a huge event in the Medway calendar and offers three fun-filled days. Watch as Rochester High Street fills with colourful characters and the high-street transforms into a Victorian themed feast of parades, readings, street entertainment and much more. This event will keep the whole family entertained and give you a healthy dose of culture.
